How To Napkin Decoupage
1. Either cut your design from the napkin or use the whole sheet.2. Remove the two backing pieces from the printed napkin.
3. Apply napkin glue / sealer on to plain or painted surface.
4. Carefully apply the napkin to the surface while wet and seal with further coats as required.
